When we fall on the ground it hurts us, but we also need to rely on the ground to get back up. -Buddha

When we fall on the ground, it can be painful and disheartening. But if we look at it from a different perspective, it can also be seen as a reminder that the ground is there to help us get back up. We may feel like giving up, but the ground is there to give us the support we need to stand again. This is the same for any difficult situation in life. Even when we feel like we are down and out, the ground will still be there to help us get back up and keep going. As Buddha said, “We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope.”
